Damaged Items

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will promptly replace it or provide a full refund, depending on your preference. Perishable Goods

Please note that due to warm temperatures from May through September, we do not recommend shipping cheese and meat products during this period. This policy exists to ensure that our products arrive at your doorstep in optimal condition. If you choose to order these items during the warmer months, please be aware that we are not liable for any damage caused by heat during transportation.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item(s) that you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your returned item(s).

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us. We will arrange for the replacement item(s) to be shipped to you once we have received and inspected the returned product.
